We’re looking for a hands-on Python Team Lead to join our team – someone who can lead complex projects, design scalable architectures, mentor developers, and actively contribute to building advanced Generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small AI team (30% of the role)
• Hands-on development of models, architecture, and integrations (70% of the role)
• Design and implement RAG, Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks
• Work with Vector Databases, Data Pipelines, and MLOps
• Collaborate closely with product teams and clients

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including at least 2 years in team/project leadership
• Expertise in Python and frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face
• Deep experience in LLM Orchestration and Production Deployment
