Project Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects in the construction and metal industry — combining technical expertise, field presence, and strategic decision-making.

This is a hands-on role, managing multiple sites and working closely with engineers, clients, and production teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects end-to-end: from quotation, order setup, and budgeting to execution and delivery
• Provide technical support to clients (mainly public projects)
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, developers, and installation teams
• Work both from the company headquarters and at construction sites nationwide
• Make strategic and tactical decisions ensuring project success

Requirements:

• Relevant academic background – strong advantage
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in industrial environments – must
• Experience in metal / aluminum industries – strong advantage
• Previous fieldwork experience – must
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
