Talent Acquisition Specialist

REAL is a fast-growing AI startup in the real estate space, and we're looking for a smart, passionate People Leader to make a REAL impact. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to shape culture, build teams, and influence the company from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and establish company culture from the ground up
• Lead end-to-end recruitment of top talent, including core team hires and future growth roles
• Support and coach managers through onboarding, talent development, and performance processes
• Build foundational HR processes, frameworks, and infrastructure
  
  

• Proven experience in sourcing and technical recruitment, especially for R&D and Analytics roles
• Experience working in startup environments, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings
• Ability to generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hebrew
• Full-time availability to work on-site at our Tel Aviv office
