Your Role:

• Engage clients via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
• Educate clients on products and services, offering tailored solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support for seamless client experiences
• Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights to enhance service
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in sales roles.
• Fluent in English or French, Italian, German, Spanish , Portuguese (verbal & written)
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust with diverse clients
• Proven track record meeting retention KPIs in fast-paced settings
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Proficient in CRM systems & Microsoft Office
