Backend Engineer

• A backend engineer (3+ years experience) who’s excited about building products that make a real impact.
• Familiar with modern backend frameworks and microservices, and eager to deepen your understanding of scalable systems.
• Comfortable taking a feature or idea with clear goals and building it into a reliable, user-focused experience.
• Pragmatic about code quality — willing to refactor, simplify, and learn from feedback.
• Excited to grow alongside experienced engineers, contributing ideas and taking ownership over well-scoped projects.
  
  

• Help design and build key parts of our backend, powering a fast-growing product used by real customers.
• Work closely with product, design, and infrastructure to deliver features end-to-end — from idea to deployment.
• Learn and apply best practices in microservices, observability, CI/CD, and system performance.
• Collaborate on architecture discussions and help shape engineering patterns that scale.
• Improve developer workflows: automate repetitive steps, spot inefficiencies, and propose better tools or approaches.
• Receive mentorship from senior engineers while gradually taking on more ownership and technical responsibility.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
