We are Hiring: Assistant Controller

A leading, publicly traded real estate company is looking for a motivated CPA to join

our Finance Team.

�� Full-time position | On-site | Tel Aviv HQ

Reporting directly to the Chief Controller and VP Finance.

Role Overview:

 Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

 Tax reports and filings

 Management reports and internal financial controls

 Financial responsibility for projects, including analytical reports, budgeting,

and cash flow

 Liaising with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

Requirements:

 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory

 Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure – Mandatory

 Experience in the real estate sector – Strong Advantage

 BIG4 background – Advantage
