Salesforce Developer

If you’re someone who enjoys solving challenging problems, switching gears between architecture and quick-turn requests, and building impactful, scalable tools—this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex classes/triggers, integrations, and admin tools.
• Interpret business requirements and turn them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Balance structured project work with fast-moving internal requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Participate in design/code reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Manage and delegate work to other developers and 3rd party consultants when needed.
• Investigate and resolve bugs in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
• Stay on top of new Salesforce features and broader tech trends.
• Help train and support business users across departments.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years in Salesforce development.
• 2+ years working with Salesforce Lightning.
• Strong experience with: Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Platform Events, Flows and Custom API Integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture and sharing rules.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced and growing organization.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Apex-managed sharing and manual sharing logic.
• Familiarity with AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda).
• Strong eye for UI/UX and CSS styling.
• Salesforce certifications (Developer, Architect) are a plus.
• Experience with development languages such as Python
