Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Chain Manager at Daniella Lehavi in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Retail Manager will oversee daily store sales and operations for the brand's 8 flagship stores. This includes managing store staff, ensuring efficient store management, overseeing inventory, managing visual merchandising, providing excellent customer service, and implementing strategies to optimize retail results.

• Operations, Sales, HR Management and Analytical Skills
• Recruitment, coaching and day to day guidance of sales teams
• Experience in Customer Service
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
