We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Planning Department Manager to lead our planning operations across multiple production sites.

This role includes managing a team of material planners and material coordinators, ensuring optimal alignment between supply, production, and delivery goals.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning process, from material readiness and scheduling, through production plan execution and delivery performance, while collaborating closely with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.

• Lead and mentor a team of planners and material coordinators.
• Build and manage the company’s master production schedule (MPS) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor material readiness and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages.
• Analyze production capacity and optimize planning efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Track KPIs related to OTD (On-Time Delivery), inventory turns, and production adherence.
• Lead continuous improvement processes in planning tools and methodologies.
  

• 5+ years of experience in material planning or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a team leader or managerial position.
• Proven experience in Priority ERP (or similar systems).
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience in electro-optics, semiconductors, or precision manufacturing - an advantage.
