QA Automation Team Lead

abra R&D is seeking a QA Team Leader!

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on QA Team Leader to manage all software testing activities, from planning to execution, in a dynamic and multi-project environment. This role combines leadership with strong technical involvement in both manual and automation testing, including developing and implementing test strategies and infrastructures.

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in software testing methodologies
• 3+ years of experience in automation development and implementation
• 2+ years of experience managing a QA/testing team
• Strong knowledge of test case design, defect reporting, and test documentation
• Experience with Cypress and/or Playwright and JavaScript

Advantages

• Programming background in C#/.NET
• Knowledge of Web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with DevOps tools and environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong SQL skills and database testing experience
