We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to join our expanding Finance team in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will take ownership of financial operations, ensure compliance with global standards, and provide key financial insights to support strategic business decisions in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Develop and deliver management reporting packages, financial analyses, and periodic reports for internal stakeholders, investors, and auditors.
• Design, implement, and communicate financial policies, controls, and procedures across the organization to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with local accounting firms to ensure full compliance with local tax laws,statutory requirements, and reporting obligations.
• Partner with external auditors and consultants during interim and annual audits, as well as on ad-hoc financial and technical accounting matters.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Support cross-functional projects including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions.

• CPA qualification with Big 4 experience — mandatory.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a global, high-growth technology or gaming company.
• Proven track record of independent, proactive, and hands-on work, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Advanced Excel and Office skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Priority, SAP) — an advantage.
• Proven fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal — required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational excellence, and commitment to accuracy and precision.
• Experience in the gaming or digital entertainment industry — strong advantage.
