About The Role:

ShipIn is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and lead our hiring efforts across all departments: R&D, Product, GTM, and Customer Success.

You’ll be the go-to person for hiring across the company, working closely with managers in Israel and abroad, and partnering with HR to shape a top-notch candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to own the full recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing to offer, and help us attract great people around the world who are changing the Maritime industry with an innovative AI product.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles at ShipIn globally.
• Drive creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for both tech and GTM roles.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers across departments and locations.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
• Be an ambassador of ShipIn’s culture and values in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment for startups, preferably in-house.
• Strong sourcing experience for technical roles.
• Big advantage: experience recruiting globally and/or for GTM positions.
• Proven experience working with hiring managers in different countries.
• Great energy, proactive attitude, and love for connecting with people.
• High level of English (both written and spoken).
