Technological Leader – Managing Development, IT, Infrastructure, and Product Management

We are a local Israeli financial company (not a high-tech or start-up) seeking a hands-on technological leader to manage our software development, IT, infrastructure, and product management functions. This is a hybrid role combining direct, practical execution with the need to bring vision, innovation, and close performance gaps.

Our company, based in Herzliya, is an innovative and stable financial services provider, delivering fast financial solutions to businesses in Israel through an internal platform and integrations with external systems. We are currently expanding our activity into financial control services, bank and non-bank credit for companies, obligation management, savings, and investments.

As a local financial company, we balance conservative processes, deep experience working with public and private financial institutions, regulation, and risk reduction, with a constant push for innovation, automation, and advanced technological solutions.

In this role, you will lead the strategic direction, drive technological innovation (AI, automation, advanced QA), and develop processes that will impact the organization’s growth. At the same time, you will remain hands-on, actively involved in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for software development – via internal teams, subcontractors, and software vendors.

• Managing IT and infrastructure – through internal staff and external providers.

• Product definition and management – from concept through launch.

• Leading and mentoring professional teams (approx. 12 people).

• Overseeing execution quality and implementing innovative technologies.

• Designing and systematically improving processes and work procedures.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven multidisciplinary technological management experience (development, IT, infrastructure, product management).

• Demonstrated experience managing professional teams and subcontractors.

• Ability to work effectively with external stakeholders and service providers.

• Deep understanding of IT and infrastructure.

• Full mastery of the product lifecycle.

• Excellent communication skills with cross-organizational interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving innovation in AI, automation, and QA process improvement.

• A leadership approach combining business acumen with practical technological vision.

בתפקיד זה תהיה/י המוביל בקביעת הכיוון האסטרטגי, בהובלת החדשנות הטכנולוגית (AI, אוטומציה, QA מתקדם), פיתוח תהליכים שישפיעו היכולת של הארגון לצמוח, באותו הזמן העבודה היא "מעשית בשטח", עם מעורבות ישירה בביצוע

תחומי אחריות:

• אחריות כוללת על פיתוח תוכנה – באמצעות צוותי החברה, קבלני משנה ויצרני תוכנה.
• ניהול IT ותשתיות – באמצעות אנשי צוות וקבלני חוץ.
• אפיון וניהול מוצר – משלב הרעיון ועד העלייה לאוויר.
• הובלת צוותים מקצועיים (כ 12 אנשים) והדרכתם.
• בקרה על איכות הביצוע והטמעת טכנולוגיות חדשניות.
• עיצוב ושיפור מתודי של תהליכים ונוהלי עבודה.

דרישות חובה:

• ניסיון ניהולי טכנולוגי רב־תחומי (פיתוח, IT, תשתיות, ניהול מוצר).
• ניסיון מוכח בניהול צוותים מקצועיים וקבלני חוץ.
• יכולת לעבוד עם ממשקים וספקי משנה מחוץ לארגון.
• הבנה מעמיקה ב־ IT ותשתיות.
• שליטה מלאה במחזור חיי המוצר.
• כישורי תקשורת מצוינת עם ממשקים חוצי ארגון.
