Online Hebrew Trainer

Learnship is on the hunt for a committed and enthusiastic Online Hebrew Trainer, in order to expand our team of dedicated language training professionals. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Hebrew tutor who is passionate about teaching, technology, and cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver high-quality, engaging online Hebrew lessons to students, adhering to our communicative methodology.
• Provide constructive feedback to students after each session, and track their progress over time.
• Assess student's language levels accurately for the placement into appropriate learning levels.
• Significantly boost students’ confidence and competence in the language, with a focus on conversation skills and vocabulary building.
• Collaborate effectively with the curriculum team in tailoring lesson plans to suit students’ needs and goals.
• Participate in regular professional development workshops and training sessions to continually improve teaching skills and adapt to new teaching methodologies.
  
  

• Possess a recognized teaching qualification (a degree in education/linguistics or certification in teaching Hebrew as a second language).
• At least 3 years of experience teaching Hebrew to foreigners in a professional setting, preferably online.
• Proficiency in using digital technology for teaching, including learning management systems and online collaborative tools.
• A strong command of both written and spoken Hebrew and English.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in an online setting.
• Ability to work flexibly, adapting to students' needs and time zones.
• Reliability, punctuality, and organizational skills are vital.
