About the role

We’re seeking a talented Mid-Level Product Designer to play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative, user-focused experiences for Hear’s AI-powered autonomous CX products.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of key areas of Hear’s product - from initial concept to polished, end-to-end solutions.
• Translate ideas into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs ready for implementation.
• Act as the voice of the user, embedding user-centered design principles into every feature.
• Collaborate daily with design, product, and engineering to bring ideas from spark to launch.
• Contribute to and expand our design system and UI component library for consistency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Experienced 3–5 years designing flows, experiences, and UI for web products (SaaS or productivity tools - a must).
• BA in Design or Visual Communication.
• Proficient in rapid prototyping and high-fidelity design tools (Figma expertise is a must).
• A strong problem-solver who can simplify complexity into innovative, delightful and usable solutions.
• Use research and usability testing to guide and validate design solutions.
• Detail-oriented yet able to see the big picture.
• A collaborative professional with excellent communication skills.
