Role Description
This is a full time on site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Petah Tikva The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life cycle of recruitment processes for various technological positions from sourcing to hiring The role includes creating and posting job ads across multiple platforms tailoring content to different audiences conducting proactive sourcing using LinkedIn and other tools screening resumes conducting phone and in person interviews and collaborating closely with hiring managers The position also involves participation in broader HR initiatives and organizational projects
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in technical recruitment
Proven experience in sourcing on LinkedIn
Experience in posting jobs and identifying candidates through multiple channels
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
High level of English both written and spoken
Experience using Canva is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High service orientation and strong communication skills
Independence creativity and initiative
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and across multiple interfaces
