Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our clients, our brand, and our team. You’ll manage client relationships, support marketing activities, and help drive sales processes – all while playing a key role in strengthening client success.

What you’ll do

🟢 Customer Success

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property owners, and tenants
• Manage onboarding processes and ongoing communication with clients
• Track client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upsell and service improvement
• Document processes and build internal guides for team training

🟡 Operations & Sales Support

• Assist with daily team coordination and follow-up on tasks
• Manage Trello boards and reporting tools
• Support the sales process: lead qualification, scheduling calls, and preparing materials
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients
• Take part in VOLCO’s content marketing efforts across social media
• Coordinate with our marketing agency and support content for campaigns

What we’re looking for

• Native-level Hebrew and strong English
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools (Office, Trello, Canva – advantage)
• A people person who enjoys working with clients and supporting brand growth
• Advantage: experience in real estate, customer success, or marketing

Location: Tel Aviv (near HaShalom train station)
