Full Stack Engineer

Location: Rosh HaAyin, Israel

Work model: On-site only

A fast-growing defense-sector product company is looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our R&D group. You’ll build secure, large-scale systems used in mission-critical environments. The role spans both backend and frontend, with an approximately 50/50 split between server and client work.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain production software across the stack (Node.js, Python, React).
• Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Write secure, reliable, and well-tested code for high-availability environments.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases.
• Report to the Development Team Lead and mentor teammates where relevant.

Must-have qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development (7+ years is a plus).
• Strong production experience in both Node.js and Python (required).
• Solid experience with React (required).
• Experience building and designing scalable systems and APIs.
• Experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker) and with relational/NoSQL databases.
• B.Sc./B.A. in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular.
• Experience with C++ / C# / Rust.
• Background in application/security engineering or secure SDLC practices.
