Job Description:

Work as part of an IT Support Center team, providing application support for the organization’s software systems.
Full-time position with shift-based work.
Commitment to a minimum of one and a half years of employment is required.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a support/service center.
Strong computer skills – proficiency in Windows, Office, and Internet tools.
Strong service orientation and interest in the IT and technology field.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a systemic and analytical mindset (“big picture” thinking)
