Ethosia, a leader in High-Tech and Bio-Tech recruitment, is looking for a Junior B2B Sales Representative to join our growing Outsourcing Division.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow their career in B2B sales, work with leading companies, and learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities: Identify and approach potential clients in the outsourcing market.
  • Support the sales process: Assist in managing the full sales cycle — from initial contact to client onboarding.
  • Build relationships: Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with senior sales professionals and recruiters to deliver value and meet goals.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development - advantage for experience in services or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree - must have.
