Role Overview:

As a member of the corporate excellence team, you will work across multiple production sites, serving as a key link between the central excellence unit and site-level excellence managers. You will lead the implementation of improvement processes through observations, workshops, and hands-on coaching. The role includes mentoring site leadership teams to improve performance in safety, quality, service, and cost efficiency, while supporting problem-solving and barrier removal to ensure successful execution of improvement waves.

You will promote and embed LEAN thinking across site leadership, helping define goals, build capabilities, and guide teams through change. You’ll serve as a subject-matter expert in operational excellence, driving knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
• Experience in project management, industrial engineering, operational excellence, or operations in a large organization
• Proven experience in leading significant change processes and problem-solving
• Willingness to travel frequently to production sites across the country
