System Team Leader Required for a Leading Organization in Modi'in

Manage a system team responsible for the operation, maintenance and implementation of the organization's IT infrastructure. Lead cross-organizational technological projects, planning and establishing server environments, managing operating systems (Windows/Linux), and maintaining virtualization, storage and backup systems. Ongoing work with internal and external parties, responsibility for the availability of services and the implementation of advanced solutions in the field of infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in managing a system team or providing technological leadership in the field of infrastructure
• Proven experience working with Windows Server and/or Linux systems
• Knowledge and experience in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Experience working with backup, storage, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP systems
• In-depth understanding of networks and communication protocols
• High service awareness, ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
• Significant advantage for relevant certifications (MCSE / VCP / CCNA)
