R&D Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented R&D Technician to join our team. This role is critical for ensuring our products meet the highest standards through rigorous assembly, testing, and quality assurance, with a specific focus on electronic systems. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adept at troubleshooting, and capable of performing detailed QA procedures.

Role responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly of systems combining mechanics and electronics, including PCBs.
• Support our clients by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing technical issues related to machinery and electronics.
• Lead and execute the QA process for products, with a strong emphasis on electronic components and system performance.
• Conduct tests to verify system accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Work closely with engineers and production teams to address complex technical challenges and improve product robustness.
• Generate clear and detailed reports on QA results, equipment status, and any issues encountered.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in assembly and testing of systems combining mechanics and electronics.
• Ability for long stays abroad.
• Experience with electronics, including the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electronic components.
• A driving license and a car.
• Fluent English

Preferable profile

• Experience with Arduino and ESP32
• Experience with wiring and cable assembly
• Practical experience in the agriculture industry
