Financial Controller

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Financial Controller to take on a key position in a successful and growing manufacturing company.

In this role, you will:

📊 Manage financial reporting and prepare monthly and annual financial statements for all group entities

🧾 Supervise the accounting department, including analytical reviews and liaison with external auditors

💰 Oversee payroll processes and lead efficiency and automation projects within the finance department

📍 Location: Central Israel (Shfela area)

💰 Salary: 20,000–25,000 NIS (based on experience and qualifications)

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – mandatory

📜 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory

💼 3–4 years of experience as a Financial Controller – experience in a manufacturing company is a strong advantage

🧮 Proven experience in payroll management – mandatory

🖥️ Experience with Priority ERP – mandatory (implementation experience is a plus)

📈 Advanced Excel skills

🤖 Familiarity with AI-based financial tools – advantage

⏰ Availability for full-time work, including occasional overtime
