Validation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Validation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Testing Electro mechanical products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the production line with a focus on software-related issues.
• Define and document requirements for the development of internal software tools to support production needs.
• Test and validate new software versions prior to release.
• Conduct evaluations of new products and generate detailed defect reports for R&D teams.
• Test product features to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Record and track identified bugs in an organized manner.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports summarizing findings and results.
• Develop structured test procedures aligned with product features and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

B.Sc. – A Plus

• 1-2 years of experience in testing electro-mechanic products
• Proficiency in MS Office – required
• Understand Validation process
• Good understanding of computers and technical orientation
• Dedicated, can follow procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong English skills (reading & writing) – mandatory
