Sales Manager

We're Hiring | Sales Manager – Israel 🇮🇱

Wheelshare is looking for a Sales Manager to lead growth and client success in Israel.

This is a key role responsible for driving new business, managing relationships with hospitals and public-sector organizations, and ensuring customer satisfaction and expansion.

Location: Israel (frequent local travel required)

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition and manage existing accounts.
• Lead full sales cycles and maintain a strong, accurate pipeline.
• Build strategic relationships with hospitals and public-sector partners.
• Ensure successful onboarding, client engagement, and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with global teams to align market insights and product needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in sales, account management, or customer success.
• Experience in healthcare or public sector – a strong advantage.
• Proven success in complex B2B sales and client retention.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Native Hebrew, fluent English.
• Willingness to travel across Israel.
