Qualifications

• Proficient in conducting land surveys and using surveying tools and software
• Strong skills in preparing and reviewing construction plans
• Experience with local regulations and codes compliance
• Ability to analyze survey data and map out project requirements
• Excellent collaboration skills with architects, contractors, and other engineers
• Technical expertise in construction and engineering principles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field
• Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous
