Job Description:

• Manage all software testing activities – from planning through execution, including:
• Leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers.
• Developing and implementing testing strategies.
• Defining and executing test scenarios and regression testing.
• Performing both manual and automated tests.
• Developing and integrating automation infrastructures and frameworks.
• The role combines management and hands-on work – both in automation development and manual testing.
• Work closely with development teams and other internal stakeholders in a dynamic, multi-project environment.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree or Software Engineering diploma.
• At least 4 years of experience in software testing based on standard QA methodologies.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing automation infrastructures.
• At least 3 years of experience in test automation.
• At least 2 years of experience managing and leading QA teams.
• Experience in reading specification documents and defining test scenarios.
• Experience in writing test documentation in accordance with QA standards and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright and JavaScript.
• Experience testing both client-side and server-side applications.
• Experience with databases and SQL queries.
• Programming background in C#.NET – advantage.
• Familiarity with Web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) – advantage.
• Knowledge of DevOps environments – advantage.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies – advantage.
