We are hiring an Evening Receptionist.

Responsibilities

Working hours: Sunday-Thursday 17:00-22:00

• Sitting at the company reception (answering the phone, emails, etc.)
• Supervision and tracking of orders and invoices in the ERP system
• Responsible for providing administrative services in the Operations department
• Accompanying various projects and assisting the Purchase and Maintenance manager and the team with all office procedures and tasks
• Additional tasks as requested by the manager.

• Responsibility, Can-do attitude, Organized
• Full knowledge and experience with MS Office
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority) - advantage
