About the Role

We’re looking for a Transformation Lead with proven, hands-on HiBob experience to lead a company-wide HRIS optimisation project. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, and leadership teams to ensure HiBob is fully configured, integrated, and optimised to support the organisation’s global scale-up.

Contract details:
• Freelance contracting role (invoice Logan Talent directly — no employment contract)
• Initial three-month rolling contract with strong potential for extension
• Fully remote and full-time

What You’ll Do

  •  Lead the implementation, optimisation, and enhancement of the HiBob HRIS platform

  •  Map current HR processes and design scalable, compliant workflows

  •  Integrate HiBob with other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and strong reporting capability

  •  Train HR and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and change management

  •  Advise on best practices and long-term HR tech strategy

What We’re Looking For

  •  You must have proven, hands-on HiBob experience — ideally full lifecycle implementation and optimisation

  •  Strong HRIS or HR tech transformation background in global or multi-country organisations

  •  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  •  Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to deliver under tight timelines

  •  Available to start immediately on a full-time freelance basis
