Chatbot Specialist

Connectop - Israel's leading company in automation and smart chatbots for businesses, including advanced AI solutions, is recruiting an Chatbot Specialist!

*The position requires*

• Bachelor's degree - Computer Science / Certified Full-stack developer / Certified Automation developer

• Experience building chatbots in systems such as (ChatRace, Manychat, etc.)

• Building automations in MAKE / ZAPIER - MUST!

• Performing tasks using API - familiarity with working with Postman - MUST!

• Proven experience working with CRM types

• Knowledge of SQL or programming languages such as Python - *advantage*

• Ability to characterize and implement complex processes

• High drafting and correspondence skills in both Hebrew and English

• Service orientation with customers in Zoom meetings and over the phone

*Working in our office in Petah Tikva in BSR City Towers*
