AI Product Manager

An amazing hi-tech company is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager

Responsibilities:

Own the product lifecycle of AI features—from ideation, data collection, and model selection to production deployment and performance optimization.

Translate market and customer insights into AI product strategy and clear product requirements.

Work closely with AI researchers, engineers, and annotators to guide model development and trade-off decisions (accuracy, speed, cost).

Define metrics for success (e.g., precision/recall, latency, adoption) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with design, GTM, and business stakeholders to bring AI features to market effectively.

Monitor AI system performance post-launch and drive iteration based on real-world results.

Requirements:

4+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML-driven products – a Must!

Hands-on experience working with cross-functional AI teams (data scientists, ML engineers, MLOps).

Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, model development lifecycles, and AI deployment challenges.

Strong track record of delivering AI-powered products from zero to one or scaling existing ones.

Ability to balance technical depth with user-centric thinking and business outcomes.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
