About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated EMEA Regional Operations Team Leader (Logistics) to join our growing regional team.

This is a 50/50 role, combining hands-on operational work with team leadership. You will:

• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of goods to customers across the EMEA region.
• Lead and manage the EMEA Operations team, consisting of approximately 8 employees across Europe and Israel, ensuring the team meets its objectives while providing personal support and guidance to team members.
• Provide exceptional service and operational support to external customers and internal stakeholders—particularly sales teams—while collaborating closely with Kramer’s global headquarters in Israel.
  
  

• Oversee regional logistics operations to guarantee on-time, accurate, and high-quality deliveries.
• Act as the primary operational interface between the EMEA region and Kramer HQ.
• Manage and mentor the EMEA Operations team (≈8 employees across Europe and Israel), ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while supporting their personal and professional development.
• Support sales and customer service teams by addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues.
• Track procurement, shipments, and inventory across multiple regions.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain activities with business goals.
  
  

• Proven experience in operations, logistics, procurement tracking, or a similar field.
• Experience leading an operational team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Priority ERP is an advantage).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance hands-on operational work with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are an advantage).
