Product Manager - Identity

Join our Authentication Product Team to craft secure, frictionless authentication across Wix. You’ll lead critical auth flows like login, signup, account recovery, MFA, SSO, passkeys, and beyond - working for a diverse audience of self-creators, partners, enterprise customers, developers, and our users’ end‑users. Our ambition is to set the industry standard for authentication and deliver best‑in‑class security, reliability, and scale without compromising UX.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams – including designers, analysts, and engineers to innovate and develop new products and features on a huge scale
• Collaborate with various Wix teams to create comprehensive solutions and ensure their authentication requirements are properly answered
• Promote continuous improvement in the platform and product usability and functionality
• Craft the vision for the Authentication Product Team and set strategic priorities to ensure the product’s success
• Engage in user research, exploring data and market trends to continuously improve the product and identify new strategic directions
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with proven experience in building and scaling complex products or platforms, with technical aspects
• Outstanding analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on user experience
• Significant technical background, having worked closely with R&D, or as a developer
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical requirements, user experience, business needs, and time constraints, all while building consensus with and aligning multiple stakeholders
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills: fostering a collaborative working atmosphere that allows for the timely development of high-quality solutions
• Great visual aptitude and analytical skills - you are fluent in defining workflows, sketching wireframes, and analyzing user needs, intents, and business cases
• Experience in building platforms and/or in identity management products would be an advantage
• Experience as a Developer and/or Computer Science degree would be an advantage
