Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Planning & Control Manager to lead and optimize our inventory, raw materials management, business processes, and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate raw material planning and procurement to support production needs.
• Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with business goals.
• Streamline planning processes and implement best practices across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in planning and inventory control.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and production planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
