Technical Product Manager

Role Overview-

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our growing team. This role

sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and security research, driving the

delivery of new features and enhancements in our identity platform. As a TPM, you will

translate customer and market needs into product requirements, work closely with

engineering to scope and prioritize, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality

solutions.

Responsibilities of TPMs

 Own the product throughout its lifecycle from detailed requirements and till

release.

 Collaborate closely with engineering and Research teams to translate complex

technical requirements into clear, actionable requirements and plans.

 Partner with design, sales, and customer success to ensure features meet

customer expectations and provide a great user experience.

 Analyse customer feedback and usage data to guide prioritization and roadmap

decisions.

 Drive cross-functional alignment on timelines, deliverables, and success

metrics.

 Work with customer success and sales engineers to ensure features are intuitive,

well-documented, and adopted.

Requirements

 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in identity and/or

security.

 Strong technical background - comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and

data flows with engineers.

 Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.

 Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to convey

complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and execution-oriented

 Familiarity with modern identity standards and authentication methods –

Advantage.
