Digital Account Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager to join us!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage strategic relationships with key clients: building long-term partnerships based on trust, value, and results
• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across performance, social, content, and media channels
• Collaborate with in-house specialists (media, social, SEO, content ) to deliver integrated marketing solutions that make an impact
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and identify opportunities for continuous optimization

🔹 Act as the client’s advocate within the agency - translating their needs into clear action plans and driving internal alignment

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager / Client Lead in a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Proven experience managing mid-to-large business clients across multiple verticals
• Deep understanding of advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and digital analytics tools
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen - able to connect marketing activity to client KPIs and ROI
• Data-driven, creative problem solver with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Economics — advantage
