Interior Architect / Designer

Shaga Architects is hiring an Interior Architect | Designer role.

The Architect/Designer will participate in the design and delivery of ambitious architectural interior projects—from concept development through detailed design and BIM coordination—working on large-scale mixed-use, commercial and hospitality environments.

Our work includes complex, high-profile projects where architecture, interior design, materiality and detailing are developed as one integrated process.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Optional part-time positions may be considered for exceptional candidates.

In Shaga Architects , We believe that interiors should be conceived as architecture.

Our projects range from commercial developments and mixed-use destinations to large-scale architectural interiors integrated within complex buildings. We place great emphasis on spatial quality, material innovation, detailing and the relationship between architecture and the human experience.

We work collaboratively across disciplines, using BIM as the backbone of our design process from early concept through delivery.

The successful candidate should:

• Have 3+ years of professional experience in architectural or commercial interior design.
• Demonstrate exceptional design ability and strong architectural thinking across all project stages.
• Have proven experience on large-scale commercial, high-profile, mixed-use, workplace or hospitality projects.
• Possess excellent understanding of materials, detailing, junctions and architectural construction.
• Be highly proficient in Revit (BIM) and capable of working seamlessly within complex BIM project environments.
• Be able to coordinate consultants, manage project information and delegate work .
• Have excellent graphic representation skills and strong attention to detail.
• Be proactive, organised, reliable and capable of taking ownership of project responsibilities.
• Hold a professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design (B.Arch or M.Arch) or equivalent.
