Signal Processing & Tracking Algorithm Developer

The Software Center at ELTA Systems is seeking an algorithm developer specializing in signal processing and tracking. The role involves designing and implementing algorithms for radar and defense systems, working closely with software and system engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, define, and develop algorithms based on system-level requirements
• Specify software requirements for implementation teams
• Support system development, including algorithm integration and system testing
• Analyze and evaluate algorithm performance
• Conduct research and development of new algorithmic topics
• Document algorithm specifications and test descriptions
• Collaborate with system engineering, software, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Exact Sciences – mandatory
• M.Sc. – an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in tracking algorithm development – mandatory
• Knowledge of radar systems – an advantage
