🎯 About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join a growing HR team and manage full-cycle hiring processes across digital marketing, creative, and tech roles.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, source top-tier candidates, and help build strong, diverse teams that drive performance and growth.

🌍 What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for marketing, PPC, content, SEO, and creative positions
• Partner with managers to define hiring needs and attract top talent
• Use innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

✨ What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Experience hiring for digital marketing or tech roles – strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proactive, organized, and people-oriented
