What You’ll Do

As a Business Application Analyst, you will play a key role in leading and implementing core business processes at Incredibuild.

You’ll act as a strategic partner to the business - understanding the bigger picture, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving complex end-to-end solutions that make a real impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing business processes based on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) and connected applications such as Gong, HubSpot, NetSuite, LeanData, Planhat, and other GTM and CS tools supporting the business.
• Managing Salesforce projects from start to finish through all lifecycle phases.
• Translating business needs from different departments (Finance, CS, Sales, HR, Product, Marketing, etc.) into scalable technical solutions and maintaining accurate process documentation.
• Managing integrations, implementations, and maintenance of applications supporting business operations using iPaaS tools like Workato.
• Continuously improving existing processes to increase efficiency and user adoption.
• Supporting users in their daily activities, including troubleshooting and data maintenance.

What You’ll Need - Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce – a must.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Project management skills, including building processes from requirements to execution.
• Deep technical understanding of Salesforce best practices and customization capabilities (Flows, Apex, Formulas, VR, AP, etc.).
• Ability to analyze business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and document in process flow diagrams.
• A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn new systems and processes, improving and delivering fast and smart solutions.
• Experience with iPaaS tools like Workato, MuleSoft, Make, Zapier, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent English.
• Experience in Lead-to-Cash, Service, and integration processes within a Salesforce environment.

Advantages

• Experience in self-learning and implementing AI tools or extensions to support business units.
• Experience working with integration tools (especially Workato).
• Experience managing Gong, HubSpot, NetSuite, LeanData, Planhat, and similar systems.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
