Cyber Security Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead a global security team and drive the company’s cybersecurity strategy. The role includes responsibility for enterprise protection, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead daily operations and performance of the cybersecurity team.

* Define and implement security strategy, standards, and policies.

* Manage incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.

* Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance to align business and security goals.

* Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 security tools (Defender, Purview, Sentinel).

* Oversee AD, Azure AD, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy.

* Support audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - an advantage.

* 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role

* Background in Incident Response / SOC management.

* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Azure AD.

* knowledge of security frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, or equivalent.

* Professional certifications required: CISSP, CISM, CEH, MS-500, SC-200, or comparable.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
