Embedded Software Engineer – Real-Time Systems

Esh-Tech Systems A cutting-edge startup located in Modi’in, developing a complex multidisciplinary system, is seeking a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join our core development team. We specialize in advanced real-time systems that combine cutting-edge hardware and software for high-performance applications in Defense field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain real-time embedded software.

• Integrate and optimize NVIDIA Jetson platforms and carrier boards.

• Implement CUDA-based acceleration and computer vision algorithms using OpenCV.

• Develop and optimize video streaming pipelines using GStreamer or FFMPEG.

• Work with industry-standard video and communication protocols (PCIe, SDI, H.264/265).

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in real-time embedded systems development.

• Hands-on experience with the NVIDIA Jetson family and carrier boards.

• Proficiency in C/C++ and OpenCV.

• Experience with GStreamer or FFMPEG.

• Knowledge of video standards and relevant communication protocols (PCIe, SDI, H.264/265).
