We’re looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist who bridges between business and technology,
and knows how to turn client needs into smart, scalable system solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Lead full CRM implementation projects – from business requirements to go-live.
- Conduct both technical and business analysis for system improvements.
- Translate workflows into functional and technical specifications.
- Customize CRM systems, create dashboards, and generate reports.
- Train users and ensure a smooth onboarding and adoption process.
Who you are:
- Experienced CRM specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on implementation and customization.
- Skilled in preparing spec documents, leading client workshops, and supporting end users.
- Excellent communicator who understands both the business and the tech sides.
- Independent, analytical, and proactive by nature.
- Experience with platforms such as Fireberry, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365 – a strong advantage.
