C++ Software Engineer

An Israeli Ad-Tech startup operating in the advertising market, developing an ML-based platform that functions autonomously across multiple global ad exchanges in real time, within the RTB (Real-Time Bidding) ecosystem.

The company is an official Google vendor, handling traffic exposure of 100 billion impressions per day, with company pages reaching around 50 million users daily and performing approximately 2 million predictions per second a scale few companies operate at.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv (near train and light rail stations), the company offers a hybrid work model with one work-from-home day per week and currently employs around 80 people, all based in Israel.

Founded 10 years ago, the company operates on a bootstrapped model without external investors, achieved profitability in its first year, and continues to be profitable today.

Role overview -

• The role involves being part of a team, reporting directly to the Team Lead.
• Design, build, and maintain the core modules of a cutting-edge consumer-facing product, poised to compete at the highest level with the world’s leading tech companies.
• End to end research and development of complex low-level features as part of a large-scale project built by a small team.
• Plunge into a world of data, analytics, and ML.
• Work closely with data scientists and developers to understand the business from top-to-bottom.

Requirements-

• 4 years in C++- Must.
• Experience with low-level research and development: operating systems, embedded systems or equivalent experience - Must
• Experience working with large open-source projects is a plus
• Experience with native mobile development is a plus
• BSc Degree or equivalent military experience.
