LCM Engineer | Yokneam, Israel
We’re looking for a talented and experienced LCM Engineer to support and improve existing medical systems in production, ensuring high quality, reliability, and continuous innovation.
🔧 What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain hardware solutions for released systems
- Design and build test benches, jigs, and production tools
- Investigate and resolve production and customer issues
- Conduct failure analysis and implement process improvements
- Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality teams
🎓 What we’re looking for:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in hardware development and manufacturing
- Experience with multidisciplinary products (hardware, software, mechanics)
- Background in medical devices – advantage
- Knowledge of Firmware / VHDL / MATLAB – advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
