Marketing Specialist

Ben-Gurion University’s Faculty of Business and Management is seeking a creative and analytical Marketing & Digital Coordinator to lead and execute the faculty’s marketing and communication strategy — across digital, print, and industry channels.

This role combines strategic planning, campaign management, and hands-on digital execution in a dynamic academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing and advertising strategies for the faculty’s academic departments.

• Manage digital and offline advertising campaigns in collaboration with external advertising agencies.

• Coordinate between advertising agencies, suppliers, and internal university units.

• Track and manage leads and candidate inquiries in collaboration with the registration and call center teams.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and produce management reports.

• Manage industry relations and partnerships on behalf of the faculty.

• Oversee public relations, media presence, and faculty branding efforts.

• Maintain and update the faculty’s website and social media platforms.

• Create and design marketing materials and digital assets.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Dean.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing project management or within an advertising agency.

• Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.

• Strong copywriting and creative communication skills.

• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools).

• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience working with advertising or digital media agencies – advantage.

• Experience in academic institutions or student recruitment – advantage.

• Analytical ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance – advantage.
