Job Description:
A large public defense organization in Tel Aviv (near the train line) is seeking an experienced System Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions to join complex and innovative projects.
The role includes analyzing business needs and requirements, defining implementation approaches for new systems, and recommending possible alternatives for fulfilling requirements.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, including participation in projects with a development.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Teams, and similar services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Agile methodology, including writing user stories, working at a high pace, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline system analysis, create technical documents, and optimize work processes.
- Experience with SharePoint On-Premise for document management in large organizations.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 document management processes.
