A leading Israeli company working with various Israeli based corporate, for over a decade - specializing in a performance management and employee incentive platform (SPM solutions), is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead sales activities across Israeli large and mid-sized organizations (a sole role within the company).
Our company develops a cloud-based enterprise platform that enables organizations to manage, with full flexibility and transparency, their core business processes—goals, KPIs, profitability, bonuses, and employee incentives—while directly linking business objectives with human performance, even in the most complex operational environments.
The system has been successfully implemented for many years, with extensive accumulated experience, across dozens of leading companies in the banking, insurance, high-tech, industrial, and public sectors,
and is recognized in the market for its reliability, flexibility, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead new enterprise and mid-market sales processes in the Israeli market (mainly penetration of new logos & incoming leads).
- Expand business activity and drive cross-selling within existing strategic accounts.
- Manage long and complex sales cycles (6–10 months) involving senior executives—CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and HR leaders.
- Improve database accuracy and oversee management of the company’s CRM system.
- Potential future expansion of sales operations into the U.S. market during 2027–2028.
Requirements
- Proven experience in selling enterprise software / SaaS solutions to large organizations in Israel—banks, insurance companies, high-tech corporates, and public sector entities.
- Strong background working with relevant business owners in large corporations across multiple verticals and government organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading executive-level, long-term sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and lead strategic market penetration initiatives from the ground up.
- Advantage: international (global costumers & distributers) experience or familiarity with performance management, HR-Tech, and incentive systems.
- Native-level Hebrew and excellent English.
