Network Administrator

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an experienced Network Administrator to join a leading organization in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area.

Role Overview

This position involves responsibility for the operation, maintenance, upgrades, and management of the organization’s Open Systems infrastructure. You will manage critical enterprise systems, provide technical support for development teams, respond to incidents, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system availability, security, and regulatory compliance. The role includes on-call duty one evening per week and one weekend every five weeks, as well as oversight of datacenter server maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Open Systems servers and enterprise infrastructure.
• Operate, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux systems.
• Provide technical support for development teams and handle critical incidents.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure system stability and compliance.
• Maintain and monitor datacenter servers in coordination with facility management.
• Ensure system security, high availability, and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in large organizations (500+ users) or enterprise environments – mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and DNS – mandatory.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems, including troubleshooting.
• Experience managing virtualized environments (vCenter) – mandatory.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery systems – mandatory.
• Microsoft certifications – strong advantage.
